Operating as a cultural association with an integrated production approach, A R S develops projects from initial concept through to execution, combining curatorial research, artistic direction, and on-the-ground coordination.
Within the logistical complexity of Venice, the association works closely with a trusted network of external partners — including boat-based transport services and technical collaborators — ensuring smooth, reliable, and context-sensitive production processes.
At the same time, A R S activates a curated community of creatives, including musicians, photographers, visual artists, and performers, fostering interdisciplinary collaborations and experimental practices. Through long-term relationships with a selection of venues and cultural spaces across the city, the association is able to realise projects efficiently while remaining deeply rooted in Venice’s unique social, spatial, and cultural ecosystem.
